Lake Benton Area Foundation

The Lake Benton Area Foundation is the one-stop community organization for charitable contributions that benefit our community. It is a permanent resource that provides leadership and financial resources to meet changing community needs, and offers a variety of giving options to help donors meet their unique philanthropic goals. Its volunteer board of directors is connected to the Lake Benton area and understands the issues and opportunities it faces today. 

The Lake Benton Area Foundation helps make the community an even greater place to live, work, and play by awarding grants to worthy organizations and projects through its own general endowment. It helps donors achieve their charitable goals and provides the greatest of flexibility by accepting a wide variety of gifts, including cash, stock, property, real estate, retirement plans, and planned gifts. Donors can give to the causes they care most about by giving to existing funds, or creating a new fund within their area of interest.
